In Person Sourdough Class
If you have been wanting to learn how to make sourdough, this class is for you!
I will take you step by step through this 2.5 hour beginners sourdough class. Each student will receive a sourdough starter, an instruction guide, ingredients to create your own dough in class, a loaf to take home and bake, a sourdough beginners kit to make your own bread at home, exclusive access to an online community where you can ask questions and learn from others as you go, and snacks/drinks during class.
Class will be held on Saturday, June 7th from 1:30-4:00pm in Bakery Square, Pittsburgh PA.
